Message You can't have the top one smaller than the bottom because you'll just starve the bottom for air. You can't have the bottom smaller than the top because you'll just be building pressure against the rotors in the bottom SC. So they have to be the same size. Which means your just churning the air twice and causing more drag.

Must just be for the look of it.
